Italian born star MattiaBartoli began his acting career as a child. Today he is known as one of the best young actor in the Italian film and television industry.


Mattia proved to be a multidimensional actor at a young age, but what has made him a household name is more than just natural talent, it is dedication. Since birth Mattia has been drawn to the world of acting. As a teenager Mattia began studying with the Yvonne D’Abbraccio’s YD Actors Studio in Rome.


While studying at Yvonne D’Abbraccio’s YD Actors Studio, Mattia landed coveted roles in several productions. His performance in the Italian film ‘Una Canzone PerTe’, also known as ‘A Song For You’, was talked about extensively by media outlets across Italy. Released in 2010, ‘Una Canzone PerTe’ was directed Herbert Simone Paragnani. Mattia went on to star alongside Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden and Hayden Panettiere in the film ‘Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy’, which was based on the mysterious murder of Meredith Kercher and the trial of the acquitted Amanda Knox.


Mattia’s magnetic personality and extraordinary adaptability have made him a star in Italy. His role on the hit Italian TV series “CheDio Ci Aiuti”, directed by Francesco Vicario, has made him the current heartthrob among Italian teenage girls.


Looking to take his career to the place many refer to as paradise for actors, Mattia chose to move to Hollywood last year. In an effort to keep advancing he joined the Stella Adler Academy of Acting. This is the same academy which has trained some of the greatest actors in Hollywood including, Salma Hayek, Gary Ross, Mark Ruffalo, Marlon Brando, etc.


Mattia prides himself on being well rounded and has made the effort to incorporate several stage productions into his repertoire, in addition to his film and television credits. His performances in the plays ‘Waiting for Lefty’, ‘12’, and ‘The Rimers of Eldritch’ have proven that on top of everything else, he is a talented theater actor as well.
